How to place your custom pet portrait ornament order.
1. Place your order.
2. After ordering,
select "Contact Artist" at the bottom of the page and send us a message including a description of your ideas along with some photos of the subject you wish to have as a portrait. We accept a variety of portraits; it could be of a dog, a cat, a horse, a bird, or even a guinea pig!
Free personalization is available, name and date ONLY please.
For a phrase or sentence to be included, please select the $5 personalization; then fill out what you would like on the back.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to paint the ornament and we'll send a picture for approval, after it's approved we ship out with tracking. 😊
Notes for a great portrait photo reference
With custom ordered portraits of any kind ... having different photos from different perspectives would help us greatly to capture the subject looks.
Photos should be (if possible) not too close, not too far from the subject, and (if possible) at the same level of the pet. High quality photos are quite appreciated but not absolutely necessary, We have worked using low quality photos many times before. If you don’t have many photos of the subject, or you are not sure of what to send, please send what what you have available and we can find a way to work with the photos you've provided.
Use a smartphone or high-quality camera
If using a smart phone, please avoid using any filters to ensure we can color the subject correctly.
All custom orders are insured through the postal service and will be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
